Shipping Policy

 

Domestic Orders

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
This shipping method is tracked and insured. When we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number that you can use to track the shipment. We can also tell when the order has been delivered. If, for some reason, your order is lost or damaged during shipment, we will be able to file an insurance claim with the USPS and ship you a replacement.

 

International Orders

Merchandise shipped from the United States is required by law to have a customs declaration form. Delptronics accurately declares the value of all shipments and identifies shipments as merchandise, not samples or gifts. Import duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We have two shipping options for addresses outside of the United States:

  • International Priority
    For this shipment method we use US Postal Service Priority Mail, which is tracked and insured. This shipping method is tracked and insured. When we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number that you can use to track the shipment. If, for some reason, your order is lost or damaged during shipment, we will be able to file an insurance claim with the USPS and ship you a replacement.
  • International Economy
    For this shipment method we use US Postal Service First Class Mail. This shipping method is cheaper than Priority, but it is not tracked and not insured. Upon request, we will send you the customs declaration number as proof of shipment. If, for some reason, your order is lost or damaged during shipment, Delptronics is not responsible for replacing the order.
    International Economy is only available to addresses in Canada, Western Europe, Australia and Japan.
